As a business owner who recently purchased three patio overhead mounted units from this company, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience. We made these purchases during the shutdown when all restaurants were moving their seating outside to remain in business. We provided the dimensions and specifications to the San Diego store and had multiple conversations with two different representatives to ensure we were ordering correctly. This place has incredible service and a great selection! I went in to browse and was helped by Matt. He was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through every grill and the pros/cons of each. There was zero pressure to pick the most expensive one. Once we picked out all the equipment, he designed the kitchen frame for me from start to finish. I ended up doing multiple revisions over a few weeks and I never felt like a bother. BBQ GRILL OUTLET IN VISTA. Sales person Greg was very helpful. Not pushy. Showed me options. Purchased a new bbque for my island. Jose and Nicolas Installed bbque. They were quick and cleaned everything after installation and gave me a quick demo of grill and feature. Highly recommend this business for grilling needs.
