I have an old built in bbq had debated on whether to replace and was given the name for bbq clean. Luke and James both looked at my bbq and did what they could, but ultimately needed a special part that could only come from the manufacturer. Although, it took 2 weeks to get a response and update, Luke received the needed part for my grill and was able to get it working again. He apologized for the delay and made things right. I highly recommend this company.
They did such a fantastic job, and it wasn’t easy. They made our equipment looking like brand new! I highly recommend for any needs, including commercial equipment cleaning. Thank you!
