I strongly suggest you order 1 hour or more in advance as I had to wait 1 hour for 8 chicken wings. This is because the location is Very Small & short staffed. There is only 4-5 bar stools so don't expect to sit while you wait. You're much better off ordering the food way in advance for pick up or for delivery. I just ordered a 4 piece boneless and a rice bowl. The store was empty. they made me wait around 40 minutes. I asked them around the 20 minute mark and they said they messed up an order and they had to do something. I don’t know what that got to do with my order. The guy taking orders wouldn’t even listen to what you say. All the other bbq chicken stores are very quick and nice. This is the only worst store experience I had. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Go to either the one in journal square or the one in grove st.

Ordered honey garlic, the batter was very thick that it was hard to taste the chicken… It was also beyond crispy, almost hard when I bite into it and made me think it may have been overfried… The sauce was still very good and tasty. I’ve been to other bb.q chicken locations but was disappointed with the quality here.
