Great chicken as always and the employee was very friendly and welcoming!
Best place for Korean fried chicken
Very bad customer service. A male staff member was rude and disrespectful, used Korean curse words, and became angry because he wanted us to clean the table ourselves. On top of that, he could not communicate in English at all, which made the situation worse and more uncomfortable. There was no polite explanation—just attitude and offensive behavior. Food may be okay, but the service was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. Management needs to address this.
