If you knew you were this backed up, you should have stopped taking orders. We were told the wait would be about 50 minutes, but ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half. Customers were frustrated, people were canceling orders and leaving, and the whole place felt completely disorganized. The chicken is always tasty and the service is usually good. However, today the phone was unavailable, and the dining area isn’t very inviting. Great for takeout, but I wouldn’t recommend dining in.Â

I've been ordering from this location every week or two for quite a while. I always ordered togo directly through the restaurant's app. Today I ordered as usual and came pick up. When I arrived, the place was half empty with 3 open tables (total around 6 4-person table). It was 84 deg outside today so I decided to eat there instead, but was told that takeout orders are not allowed to dine in because of a "manager policy."
