You have a Rude counter boy! If you are in a food business. A simple apology that an order is late because the place was busy goes a looooong way. Please do not get angry or lecture your customers if we have to ask if our food was ready. Please understand that , especially if it was ordered online that we go by the time food was supposed to be available - but if its still late its fine just be NICE and let the customer know.
I got their spicy chicken, and it's actually my level of spicy. I LOVE IT!
