I’m honestly shocked by how rude the front counter staff was during my pickup today. When I walked in and tried to show my text confirmation, the woman cut me off with, “Okay, show me the email,” in an impatient and condescending tone. No greeting, no courtesy — just pure attitude. When I checked the bag, I noticed there was an extra meal in the order. While the food is pretty good here, the front desk staff ruins the experience. Need to train them in customer service or just don't hire rude kids who don't want to be there!Â
