Ordered ahead 30-35 mins and when I came to pick it up. Found out they forgot about my order all together. The person behind the counter and the owner both tried to give me some fake excuses. I had to wait 25-30 more minutes for my food. I would give this place less star if i could. While I’m waiting, 2-3 people came to get their food and the workers all confused on what order are for who. All around terrible services
The young Lady at the counter was so nice and polite. Food always consistently good.
Change to 1 star, because of the Korean old guy having attitude, like I owe him or something. really bad customer service Order over the phone and he can't get the name and phone number right and then hung up the phone. Made it like sounds my fault. What an attitude!!
Love their food and lunch combo is affordable. Parking is a bit of a problem but I still go anyway because I love the chicken!
