Bob is great. I ordered 3 tel tru gauges and he called me asap to let me know they were out of stock. So he suggested others options, and the ones I chose was an upgraded gauge. He told me I could have for the same price. Its good to know great businesses still put customers first. Thanks Bob. BTW they look awesome on my shirley.

Great experience. Ordered online, fast delivery. Had a mix up with my order (not their fault) and they made it right immediately. I only wish I lived closer so I could use them for everything!

these guys are the best. they have all the supplies you'll need for whatever type of grilling/smoking you're doing. they will talk bbq with you and listen close, you're getting tips from a competition pitmaster. thanks guys, see you soon.
