Bathroom tile was cracking and grout going dark no matter how much we cleaned it. Fixpro tore it all out and redid everything,been almost 4 months now and it still looks sharp, Vernon hills based too so that was easy
the thing that sticks with me is how patient they were during the planning phase. We changed our mind in the basement layout like three separate times and nobody made us feel weird about it . Took maybe five weeks total once the actually started and the storage wall they suggested ended up being the part we use the most now.
So the upstairs bathroom has this slow leak that we kind of ignored for way too long and by the time we dealt with it there was water damage in ceiling below and some mold started behind the wall. Not great obviously. Cashed a few places and most of them just wanted to patch things up but not these guys actually took the time to explain what they needed to happen. My wife and I had been staring at this outdated 90s kitchen layout for basically a decade, just hating the weird angle of the counter. Had a cracked sink that needed to go fast. Fixpro swapped it for a new undermount one and sealed it well. No more leaking water in the cabinet
