This place (BBN) is a joke. I have had my credit card on file for payments, and at least twice a month, they would make a payment, unauthorized, without my permission. This happened multiple times before I said something to them about it. Then my husband gave BBN his card information, and the same thing happened. He would get notices saying that BBN charged him without his authorization. They make charges on people credit cards, then say the patient owes a ridiculous amount of money.
