I made an appointment that I could not keep and I canceled it forty eight hours in advance. I canceled it on the telephone twice, and their website twice. When you make your appointment, they require a deposit that is refundable with a 24 hour cancelation refund. They refuse to refund me. I will dispute it with my credit card company. I would not go to this place, their behavior is disreputable.
Got my first Brazilian wax today and baby… Neese did AMAZING! She was so gentle and talked me through everything which made the experience so much easier. If you’re nervous about your first wax, go see her! 10/10 recommend!
Ladies let me tell you about BBN its the best around. She is very professional and friendly you will feel like you have known each other for years service is top tier. Already have my follow up schedule.
