Giving 3 stars for now with the hope to improve my rating & satisfaction with BBL in 2018 back to higher satisfaction. We pay monthly for tech support for BBL software that we have spent thousands on. We have multi store which is twice the investment. Overall I believe in this product, neat options, good support, no issues with timeliness when comparing to other operating systems. In 2014, Ella Park Bridal partnered with BBL software to power the expected growth in our bridal business. Over the past 18 months, we have worked with their team to suggest improvements and enhancements that we felt were needed. Not only have they implemented quite a few but doing so in a timely manner.
