Very outdated in their platform. There is no online visual confirmation on approved workorders. Invoice is then faxed or emailed for payment. All other fleet companies we deal with have a workorder we fill out online and submit for approval. Any changes can be submitted for approval. In this way both parties are protected with no discrepancy. Many issues have arised following their practice.
I've been getting safety recall notices for a company vehicle I drove for a short period of time. I've forwarded these letters twice to them with instructions to take my address off the recall list. I'm guessing whoever owns the vehicle is driving it around with zero knowledge of the fire risk it presents.
They send their fleet vehicle to our location yesterday we took care of them but when it comes to payment they deny the vehicle being part of their fleet. I would like to put a mechanical lean on the vehicle.
