Took my car here at the beginning of the week to get a roadworthy. The service I received from the team was first class. Andrea on reception was a total professional and highly recommend her. The guys that looked over my car found some pending issues with it. They promptly fixed what needed to be fixed and had my car back to me in a timely manner. Theu tool the time to assure.me amd were very affordable I will be returning Customer service goes along way.
Amazing service, great eye for detail, fair and reasonable costs, but what really stood out was the fact that their team was able to go above and beyond for me. E.g. their receptionist, Andrea offered to drop my car keys to my residence to keep it safe as i was unable to collect them during their trading hours due to meetings and tight schedules. Another great example is with their manager Paul, who added my availability last second to squeeze me in and was very quick with his work, without sacrificing quality. Great job tea... read more
