I'll start off by saying that our wedding linens were beautiful. The options that we selected with our wedding planner were exactly what I wanted. However, the process of having those linens at our wedding was frustrating, and if we didn't need these in such a pinch, I would have found another company. I wished there were reviews prior to mine so I would have known the type of poor service that is provided, and I would not have wasted my time. Upon arrival the associate offered me water to drink, which sounds nice EXCEPT my mother was with me. She didn’t acknowledge or speak to her. I told her WE would take waters and she came back with two waters one for me and one for herself and left my mother parched. I was in total shock! How rude!
