terrible service
Excellent staff
I brought my copier(Kyocera 1035MFP) to BBI on July 23rd because it was jamming paper every so often in the back of the machine; it otherwise worked perfectly. I paid $111.18 for the rollers to be replaced. I picked the machine up on July 31st and upon bringing it home it immediately began making a grinding noise which it NEVER did prior to the service. I took the copier back and was told that is was most likely the fuser that needed to be replaced and that it would be another $250 approximately. They suggested that I use th... read more
