We’ve had good experiences with their appraisal services. Unfortunately, the billing process for the cost segregation study has been unacceptable. I was invoiced for a report that I never received. Instead of resolving the issue and providing the deliverable, the billing department continued to pursue payment. That lack of accountability and communication is concerning. I hope management addresses this.
