I've been to BBC Triumph three times over the years and will not do business with him again. I'm sure Tom does reasonable work on British motorcycles, however he's rude, arrogant and insulting. On one occasion I came in to inquire about parts and service for my Trident. I was wearing one of my Triumph hats and he said: "Do you actually own a Triumph or do you just own a hat?"
