Not refunding Depostis – Sad to tell you this, BUT this is how BBC operates. They understand that it costs you time & money to chase them. Terrible experience. – This company left a lot to be desired. When we saw the apartment, we were told that it was OK to use the roof - a huge selling point - which later turned out to be false. Our landlord was extremely uninvolved during our entire residency. Phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner, if they were returned at all.
