I personally want to thank Mr. Pagan for all the help & effort he put in to resolve our problem with CONway Van Lines. He went over all the facts and it was a simple fix but the manager Sophie wouldn't do anything to correct their internal mistake. We were pointed in the right direction to report & file a claim. I think he should get an apology from Sophie for being rude, defensive and very unprofessional. Now they are accepting the blame in order to avoid fines. A local Florida business selling vitamins over the internet double-billed my VISA card for a shipment. I had never had a problem with them before this, but this time they refused to acknowledge their error even when confronted with copies of the billing showing the obvious overcharge (identical entries on two consecutive days). I contacted the BBB serving SE Florida and gave them the information. They contacted the offending business and EXPLAINED IT TO THEM PROPERLY and I got my refund of the overcharge. Thank you, BBB!
The BBB has helped Rush Tech Support differentiate itself from all of the other companies in south Florida. Having the accreditation has helped us land dozens, if not hundreds, of deals that otherwise would not have happened without showing potential customers that we can be trusted. The staff has been very helpful in getting us to where we are today.
