The BBB is a valuable resource, and I don't hesitate to use it when things get stalled. I think the success using the BBB as a go-between is simple. The company's action people know that their names, email addresses, identifying information, will not be revealed and leaked all over the place to be abused. So these people feel comfortable doing the right thing if personal info is kept private. Of course, we can see some of the complaint details as proof that the BBB is working. Amazing service. This location helped me get a problem resolved with a large corporation, which has terrible customer service. I was experiencing a glitch in their billing system, and left unhelped for almost 6 months. Once I filed my complaint, this BBB office immediately contacted them on my behalf, and sent them the information from my case. The company resolved the issue immediately. Thanks for your help!!
