The company I filed a complaint against responded to my BBB complaint and resolved my issue in approximately one day. My account was reinstated, and my gift-card balance was restored. I appreciate that the company took the time to review my case and provide a workable resolution. Although I made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I am satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you to Chewy and the Better Business Bureau for facilitating communication and helping resolve this matter.
My husband contacted ox floors.\nTo get an estimate to have our garage floor over and in an apoxy covering. A sales rep contacted him right away and set a date to come to our home and give us an estimate. A date was set and the price matched the estimate. The guys were very friendly and professional. They did a fabulous job! We love our garage floor it's almost like we have a new room in our home LOL.
The BBB does a great job working with both the consumers and the businesses to investigate all side and mediate a resolution. They take both sides and will try to facilitate dialogue and resolution between parties, SO LONG as everyone is willing to engage. Sometimes, some businesses will not engage/respond or are not rated under the BBB. even in those cases the BBB will do what ever in their power to engage and investigate.
