RecommendedI’am very please with BBB. I tried to contact the business that I was having problems with over and over and over again. I was only directed to an automation not a live person. It was another web-site that was trying to sell me something. There is not a phone listed that you can call. It’s all e-mail with no prompt response. It was only after I contacted the BBB did I get a response and got my problem solved. I highly recommend the BBB to settle disputes. Calif. resident.

Absolute scam! Unless you sign up with them they let phyco customers slander your name all over the internet, stories that aren’t even true come up organically when you search my company, I filed a lawsuit against them and they didn’t even answer it
