Stopped in for a productive marketing meeting. Very informative.
Tried to file a claim about a business refusing to refund money from returns they received. No matter which browser I used I couldn’t submit a claim. So I sent an email stating the difficulty I’m having. Told me they can’t accept claims via email and I need to submit the form on the website. I then tried to contact the state’s Better business Bureau where the business is located. I explained I can’t submit a claim no matter which browser and which device i used. Erie Homes Basements of NW OH and SE MI. Company doesn't do plumbing or electrical work. Although, they did a waterproofing job on my basement. Plumbing was placed to discharge under my deck, extension cords left running across my floor. After the plumbing didn't pass inspection they came back and now plumbing pipes are running across my deck and making a mud mess in my yard.
