My wife and I have both been going to BBA for a year and half and we absolutely love Travis and his staff, who are all top notch and committed to getting results for their clients. You really can't go wrong with any of the trainers here. They also offer yoga and a few other classes.
All the trainers are simply awesome. Filled with a lot of positive energy. I trained with Benny and couldnt ask for anything better. I stopped because we moved to a another city but I miss working out at BBA and havent been able to find a place as good as this one. The facility is simple but the trainers are top notch and you will love every minute you workout with them.
I go to BBA gym 3-4 times a week for about 15 months now. First thing you will nice when you walk in is the friendly atmosphere; great knowledgeable coaches, fun ever-changing music, and a gym stocked with all the fun "gym toys" one can imagine. Like me, you will feel like part of the family when you return. Workout plans will be established for the individual needs, not for an average athlete. Its a more personal setting here than in regular gyms and you feel like the trainers truly care about getting you progress!
