Rip Off – I carried my boat there for a minor problem, told them to diagnose the problem, and call me and let me know what the solution would cost. They informed me the cost to diagnose the problem would be $30.00. They called me 2 days later and informed me that the boat was fixed and I never received a call. I guess they figured that it would be more profitable to fix the problem prior to calling me.
