The boss Brian is a hands on kind of boss. Only has state of the art equipment and processes to perform the job. His staff is thoughtful, careful, and well trained. He has done everything from minor jobs to major ones for me.
Bill was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling after hours. Despite having to put his work clothes back on after a full day, he was very pleasant when he showed up. He took the time to explain the different pipes to me and tell me how to avoid clogs in the future! VERY reasonably priced too! It was a better deal for them to come out after hours than it would have been to have a competition come out the next day! I will definitely be using B&B in the future!
