My experience was disappointing. From the start, I emphasized that the most important thing for me was proper nail cleaning without gel or polish. Unfortunately, they did not clean my nails well at all. The cuticles and edges were not properly cleaned, and it felt like my nails weren’t done at all. When I asked to remove the polish they applied, they made me wait from 4:27 to 4:47. In the end, I just removed it myself. I showed the manager the poor cuticle cleaning, and they didn’t care. We’re from out of town and stopped in for a spa day — they took us right away! One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Super relaxing and great service!
The lady who did my pedicure was amazing!!! She took extra time working on my feet and was so nice!
