First time being treated poorly there. Won’t be back. No sign anywhere in facility or on website that they do not take discover card. I am 8 months pregnant and forgot my visa so I went to pay for service with discover. She shouted across salon that I didn’t have proper payment. They refused to give me my card back as if I’m some criminal when I said I only had that form of payment and had to go get cash. I left crying for the way they treated me. As someone who was actually in the salon when this happened, I wanted to share what I witnessed because I don't think this review accurately reflects what occurred. I've been a customer here for over 8 years, and Trina and her staff have always been kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. From what I observed, no one spoke to the salon when the call came in saying the customer would be late and she arrived later than she said she would when Trina called to ask where she was. First time customer , owner was so rude!!!! I called that I was arriving a few minutes late and when I get there she is like we will try to do both services. I explained that I called and I drove 30 minutes to her location for her to be so aggressive as a first time customer. I decided to leave because I won’t be giving my money to an inconsiderate business!! I can’t wait until KD nail open again!!!
Highly recommend BB Nails to anyone! I have been a customer since they opened and refuse to go elsewhere; it took me the longest time to find the right place for me. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but they were addressed and treated the correct way. My daughter and I will be coming here for as long as we can.
When I called for a pedi I got an appt 1 1/2 hr. After I called. A young lady took me back and I put my feet in the tub. At about 12:05. She was literally finished within 20 min. I asked her to scrub the bottom of my feet better cause they were rough. Charge me $40. Reg. Pedi nothing fancy. The nails look good but not happy with her rushing me out and my feet look dirt on the bottom. Years ago you got your pedi they massaged your legs and feet, not anymore, so sad.
