Highly recommend BB Nails to anyone! I have been a customer since they opened and refuse to go elsewhere; it took me the longest time to find the right place for me. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but they were addressed and treated the correct way. My daughter and I will be coming here for as long as we can.
When I called for a pedi I got an appt 1 1/2 hr. After I called. A young lady took me back and I put my feet in the tub. At about 12:05. She was literally finished within 20 min. I asked her to scrub the bottom of my feet better cause they were rough. Charge me $40. Reg. Pedi nothing fancy. The nails look good but not happy with her rushing me out and my feet look dirt on the bottom. Years ago you got your pedi they massaged your legs and feet, not anymore, so sad. I’ve had Trang do my nails here for over three years now, and she is truly one of the best. She is always so friendly, patient, and accommodating. I’m pretty picky and have a hard time feeling comfortable at nail salons, but she never makes me feel rushed or bad for asking questions. Got a pedicure done Saturday 1/10/26 come Sunday 1/11/26 I have severe pain and swelling in my feet. I let a worker know to contact the owner for me. Now im out $60 for a pedicure + tip AND a doctor visit cost plus medications. Id avoid getting a pedicure here. Im now left with cellulitis and im out a good bit of money...
