I contacted the main office/owner on multiple occasions regarding a rat infestation. At first I received no acknowledgment of my messages. When I finally spoke with someone they assured me they would put out bait boxes by my unit, which never happened. When I decided to move out, they finally responded to my emails and told me it was my fault because I had food in the unit. I had no food in the unit.
