Communication and service were Excellent. Was very accurate in their diagnosing of the issue; and the recommended solution was not nearly as expensive as a full AC replacement.
Very professional crew an reasonable prices
We called B & B when my elderly mom’s ac unit quit working. They had to replace the entire unit because of mechanical breakdowns. They gave us a quote and began working on it within a few days. Once they began working on it, they ran into multiple problems but the original quote never changed and they worked late into the evening. Everyone was very professional, we had quality service, and Chad kept in constant contact with us. We highly recommend!
