This was our first experience with B&B & it was very good. Their arrival time was for between 8 & 8:30 & they arrived at 8:15. They wasted no time in getting started to work. They were respectful & didn't get upset if we asked questions. When they were finished they did an awesome job cleaning up & left no trash of any kind behind. Aside from all that they gave us a price for both our furnace & AC that was way below other companies for our Trane with a 10 year warranty.
