Top-notch business. They were very quick to respond to my furnace issue during cold temps. There is nothing worse than when a vendor tells you that they will be there sometime within a 4 hour window. Not the case with B&B. They gave me a time and showed up when they said they would. The staff is very professional, taking time to explain what they identified as a problem and quickly got my furnace back up and running. Definitely recommend this business.
