Young lady remade 3 hyd. Hoses in less than 30min. And out the door, very nice customer relations.

Warren Cat didn't have the parts for the cooling line on my C15's air compressor so they ran me over to BB Machine & Supply and they in a few minutes made me a line ! This save me and my company thousands of dollars in wages and revenue. Truck is fixed and back to work tomorrow. They made me a line about 15-20 minutes before they closed on New Year's Eve . Thanks guys you've got my business when I'm in town ! Happy New Year !
Went in for hydraulic hoses, told them the sizes of all the fittings and was given a wrong fitting size for one hose and the other hose I brought ID and OD measurements and also got the wrong hose. I went back in to try again and one of the hoses I can barely make work, the other fitting still won't work. Most of the customer service is average but abrasive at best. The only reason this isn't a one star review is the lady helping me was nice even though the sizes weren't right.
