I should have called to discuss prior to writing the previous review but I’m very protective of my mom so please understand my reaction as opposed to a more appropriate response. B.B. Locksmith is the most knowledgeable locksmith around. If you want service done right the first time, call them. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else!
I called to fix our 10 year old FRONT DOOR latch that wouldn't retract and I emailed pictures of the lock so they could see what it was. They came and took it out and put it back in. When they left it would not operate because they didn't have the parts and charged me $189. They said the had to look it up and email me. I have called them to see if anything could be done and cannot get an answer and it's been 5 days. I guess they make keys.
