I called to fix our 10 year old FRONT DOOR latch that wouldn't retract and I emailed pictures of the lock so they could see what it was. They came and took it out and put it back in. When they left it would not operate because they didn't have the parts and charged me $189. They said the had to look it up and email me. I have called them to see if anything could be done and cannot get an answer and it's been 5 days. I guess they make keys. We contacted BB Locksmith because of a jammed latched on our front door at approximately 10:30p. Matt responded and was at our home within less than 15 minutes. Through sweat and determination, he got us back in the house and replaced the latch. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and hard work! We highly recommend BB Locksmith! My safe was not working properly. I received a quote. When Mike got here he solved the problem and I didn't need as many parts as they thought. The charge was less then the original quote. Super nice people and honest. Many Thanks
