We contacted BB Locksmith because of a jammed latched on our front door at approximately 10:30p. Matt responded and was at our home within less than 15 minutes. Through sweat and determination, he got us back in the house and replaced the latch. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and hard work! We highly recommend BB Locksmith! I was charged more than 3 times what it should cost. Beware WOMEN & ELDERLY people! Don’t go there.

My safe was not working properly. I received a quote. When Mike got here he solved the problem and I didn't need as many parts as they thought. The charge was less then the original quote. Super nice people and honest. Many Thanks

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me but I came in to get a locked roof rack removed from my car. I arrived shortly after they opened and he was able to unlock it and remove it in less than 20min. I am very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend.

Visited the locksmith on Bonita Beach Road on 7/13/22 and had two keys that I needed duplicated. He was able to do only one key and charged us $18 for each key…unreal.. then he said he would have to get the template for the second key from their Naples office and that it would be $38/key….however he never called us back about follow up on the key.I even called him back and talked to another employee and he said he would give the guy that did our keys a message.
