Skip this one and call Bonita BEACH locksmith. Much easier to deal with FYI if you’re locked out of your house, they expect you to call a friend or family member to get a credit card number written down and then call them back. I live in Bonita Springs. You’re coming to unlock my house in Bonita Springs where do you think I’m gonna go? Also, a small business owner and If I demanded a credit card for a deposit for every little thing I do people would laugh me out of the business
B.B. Locksmith is the most knowledgeable locksmith around. If you want service done right the first time, call them. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else!
I called to fix our 10 year old FRONT DOOR latch that wouldn't retract and I emailed pictures of the lock so they could see what it was. They came and took it out and put it back in. When they left it would not operate because they didn't have the parts and charged me $189. They said the had to look it up and email me. I have called them to see if anything could be done and cannot get an answer and it's been 5 days. I guess they make keys.
