MY 2ND TIME GOING ONCE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE .I INVITED OVER 14 PEOPLE TO CELEBRATE MY 44TH BIRTHDAY AND THE SERVICE KILL THE MOOD LATE ON THE APPETIZERS ALL DISHES WHERE BROUGHT OUT COLD NO REFILLS ON OUR DRINKS AND THE CHECKS WHERE ALL SCREWED UP THE BAND GOT 2 THUMBS UP REALLY ENJOY THE MUSIC .I DONT THINK I'LL BE GOING BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THE 3RD TIME IS A CHARM NAH IM GOOD.TO BB KINGS PLEASE DO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Worst Customer Service EVER!! 14 on a table 1 waitress/server. Ordered drink, appetizer & entree at once. Waited an hour and a half before receiving a cup of water, yes water. Then another hour before receiving my water down koolaid tasting “drink” which by the way was the wrong drink. Finally received the food I had ordered all at once it was literally thrown in front of me. Finally at the end received the bill, THE WRONG bill, the WRONG amount on it TWICE. Needless to say this was my FIRST & LAST time I visit this place.
Had a great time with my husband! Music and the energy was amazing!
Good food and music. Servers are very attentive. Enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend it.
