We've had B&B HVAC do big and small jobs, they do great work on everything. They're efficient and the quality of their work is very high. We're extremely satisfied with how they managed to clean up our old tangle of heating zones into a neatly organized manifold. The new furnace is quiet and reliable. Highly recommend!

They've done work for us several times, including installing a new hot water tank and tankless heater, and generally we've been happy with the work. Over the past few years, for whatever reason, we've sensed an increasing reluctance on B&B HVAC's part to return our calls, and eventually they stopped altogether. We tried to build a relationship of customer loyalty, and had an expectation that if we had a heating emergency we'd at least get a callback.
