If I could give 0 stars, I would. After living there for a lease term, I was told I would only be able to renew if I paid a brokers fee (for an apartment I already live in!). My name was spelled incorrectly on the lease, the rent owed was put in the system incorrectly, and I was not given receipts for payments made in cash. I started renting with B&B September 2019. They seemed very nice at first but as soon as I moved in I could tell they were very rude. Didn’t want fix things that were wrong in our apartment without a fee!! and at one point we had an emergency FLOOD in our apartment and they didn’t care to answer us till the next day and didn’t want to give us a number to call incase another emergency occurred.
