Truck driver hit a tree in Alderley, QLD and got stuck. He stood there for 50 plus minutes not doing anything. Driver decides to have a smoke and not manage traffic. Don’t you train your drivers to manage traffic? I did the community a service by doing his job for him. Luckily I was out there waiting for an ambulance for a tenant at one of the properties (unrelated). Do better BB Freight Service! BB-

Thanks to the driver of YQ23AO Who at 3.12.25 4:35 who couldn’t stand being stuck in traffic for a second longer and almost ran over myself and several other cars in the process without indicating or caring about anyone besides themselves

After working here for a week, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The general care and maintenance of the trucks were below what I’d expect from a professional transport company. Many vehicles appeared overdue for repairs or just cleaning, and some staff mentioned ongoing small issues that hadn’t been fixed for a while.
