So I had called B&B Family Plumbing because I had a leaking pipe and matt showed up and he is very professional he located the pipe and fixed it with in a hour and very affordable and willing to work with you I’ll definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs thank you Matt for all of your help I greatly appreciated everything you have done
Absolute Lifesavers! I cannot recommend B & B Family Plumbing enough! When a bad water leak flooded my house, I was stressed out and overwhelmed. Owner came right out, very friendly and respectful. Reasonable on price to fix my problem and took care of it right then.
Be careful they recommended replacing the entire cartridge without properly diagnosing the issue. It ended up being a simple stripped handle. This felt like a clear attempt to upsell an unnecessary repair. I’d definitely get a second opinion before agreeing to anything.
Vanessa in the office is friendly and helpful. The technician Matt and helper Joe are amazing, hard working and knowledgeable. Those 2 go above and beyond. When they left their work areas were left clean. I could not recommend a plumbing company more !
