I met Marcus when he was visiting his family in Oakland. He and someone ran into Home Depot, and I needed help picking out the gadgets and fixtures.. Y'alllll he helped me since customer service out here is non existent plus I was able to hire him on the spot and within a few hours, he showed up to my house with tools ready to go. He was even super friendly with the two dogs!!! The job only took a few hours, and I was able to have dinner outside with my hubby at 9pm. Kudos to him for saving my evening!!!
This is an amazing company. I initially posted a project on Home Advisor for a new outlet install. I was contacted quickly and they came out the same day to do the work. Great customer service skills, very courteous. They were thorough in taking the time to understand what I wanted, location, etc. I was given tips on how to handle a couple of other DIY type electrical projects rather than taking my money to do the work.
