I am from the Caribbean (St. Croix, USVI) and this place made me extremely happy. I recently moved to Orlando for university and I was craving the island food from back home. This place made me very happy! I ordered the ox-tail with an order of plantain and an order of pollori. The pollori was perfect; cooked through properly, the right texture, and it came with my favorite dipping tamarind sauce. The fried plantain was sweet.
