Snooty and unpleasant gals. Not welcoming and apparently we didn’t have a large enough budget for them to treat us kindly. My daughter was uncomfortable and really upset by the attitude of the gal that was supposed to be helping her. We tried on a few dresses anyhow but not a lot of help or pleasant behavior from the ladies in the store. Allison at B.B. was great! I wasn't sure what I wanted and even though we took forever (and ran into her next appointment! 😬) she was nothing but helpful and encouraging and never made us feel rushed.

I had the best experience shopping for my dress. Sam was so accommodating and helpful. She made sure to do everything to make the day easy and to be sure I felt beautiful. All the girls were so nice and welcoming. I highly recommended B.B bridal! 💕

Everyone was very patient with me and I greatly appreciate the help with listening to me about more than just dresses. It was a sad, yet wonderful experience and would recommend B.B. Bridal over many shops. I will be honest I did comparisons and only one other came close, something old something new in eagle, sorry to throw that out there. However the selections and styles were beautiful, atmosphere was great, prices were perfectly reasonable, and received the dress in timely matter. Thank you sooooooooooo...much!!

I had an appointment with Alex at B.B. and I had such a wonderful experience. She was so patient and so helpful. It was clear to me after trying on a few dresses that I wanted a dress I had tried on at a different shop. I mentioned that I was confused about the sizing of the dress at the other shop, and Alex asked to see a picture of it so she could try to figure out the designer. BB bridal is the best! The owner Stephanie is the one who helped me and she’s amazing ! She didn’t rush me , she listened to me and helped me choose my wedding dress:) I definitely felt very welcome and special. They have so many beautiful dresses! Highly Recommend! Also I was short 5 buttons and my wedding is in 15 days, got ahold of the owner and she took care of it right away and I didn’t have to pay for anything:) thank you BB bridal 💕
