Edit in response to Brigitte’s response; I have only spoken the truth. Also in regards to my client (as you were not my boss, just a landlord - know your role), the original service only took 3 hours, which is still within standard industry timing for a hybrid set, which is what she actually got even though she asked for classics but really wanted volumes, she cut the lashes and ruined them and popped some off by doing so, so I offered to fill them in (for free of course) - which she chose to do right then instead of in the ... read more
