The staff was very polite and professional They kept me informed all diagnostics and repair cost. When i picked up vehicle it was fixed and cleaned they went over the repair cost and answered all my questions. I will be using them again.
Our go to for auto maintenance and repair. They document and explain everything.
I had my car at this shop for 10 days and only heard from them once. Decided to have my car towed to another shop to have them make the repair. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before the second shop could fix the initial problem. Absolute worst experience. Do not take your vehicle to this location. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Terribly hard to reach anyone by phone. No one check voice mail. After I had expressed my grievances and was in my vehicle leaving the owner threatened me with physical assault. After I said I would call the police he then also threatened me with his relationship with the local police.
