Horrible bank. Deserves ZERO STARS No one helps customers who patiently wait to be served by incompetent, rude and unconcerned managers. My friends decided to close their accounts, and what a difference. If you have an account, CLOSE IT. Don t bother with this terrible bank, any bank is a lot better than banco do Brasil America.
Worst bank in town ! I live in Aventura Florida and work on Brickell, so I opened account at Banco do Brasil Americas which has branches in both locations. I regret it, and advise anyone Not to use this bank. With no customer service and lack of cooperation and concern, I closed all my accounts. The new bank is a thousand times better and I suggest that no one should bother with banco do Brasil.
