I just had my entire HVAC system (AC and Furnace) replaced. AC was 30 years old and Furnace was 20 yrs old. The AC went out with a big bang on a hot Sunday. B&B sent out a tech next day and I received a very competitive and fully detailed quote from the manager. Parts were ordered and installation started 2 days later. During the worste possible time, my daughters boiler burst a pipe. This company gave no excuses, they sent a technician out within 12 hours!!! The problem was fixed and she was no longer in a sub freezing house. Excellent work!!! This company can be TRUSTED!!!
