For over 25 years, B&B Air Conditioning & Heating has never failed to provide fantastic service to us. They respond immediately to emergencies, and all of the work they've done in our home (A/C unit, furnace replacement, etc.) has been excellent and professional. Today our technician was Matthew H. who is one of the most conscientious and thorough service techs I've encountered. He went above and beyond in taking care of the problem.
Nelson and Paul were professional. They did the job thoroughly and explained everything that I needed to know. Very glad they were the technicians assigned to our home.
Worth the read: In December 2024 I had B&B out to do a tune-up and ask some questions about the HVAC system on our new home purchase. Recently I had a leak, which reminded me to write a review. Unfortunately, my review was not very good. I had expected the company to leave a standard "We're sorry we didn't meet your standards. Always friendly and professional. I've had a service contract with them for years and it has been worth the price as it gets you to the front of the line if anything goes wrong with the AC in the summer.
I had a tune up in December 2024. The tech went to the wrong address and we had to wait, whatever. He could not answer some basic questions, like how do we know the humidifier is working. Some response of "just switch from summer to winter".. which is a no brainer and couldn't answer more specific questions. He changed out the humidifier filter, but didn't tell us that it would be an extra charge until the service was completely finished (the filter was more than what I could have gotten on my own).
