EDIT: The VP personally reached out and offered me a complimentary second haircut. I’m happy to say this visit was fantastic. Original: I came to this location on July 2nd based on the high reviews, as my usual barber was unavailable. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not worth the $54 I paid. While the barber was friendly, the quality of the fade was far below what I expected from a shop with this reputation. And I don't like to make a big scene so I didn't say anything in the shop but had asked her to fix it twice ... read more
