Food is very good, but.....they rush you so much. They don't let you enjoy your salad and drink. Your main course is there way to soon !!!! This has happened the last 3 times I was there. I will think twice about going there again!!!!!!
Used to love this place. Today however after waiting a half hour past their 40 minute wait time we asked for an update on the time. They told us "we don't know, if I were you I wouldn't even bother waiting." So they couldn't tell us 80 minutes ago? We TRIED to call ahead and they wouldn't let us. Absolutely ridiculous. After at least 10 years of business from us, they've lost it. I wouldn't mind waiting but they employees were very rude and unprofessional. You don't tell a customer that.
The food at Bazil is fine but the wait staff is annoyingly over attentive. I understand their job is to get the table moving as quickly as possible however it does not need to be as obvious. Thursday evening my grandson was hit in the face by a busboy carting a pan full of dishes. Cut the inside of his lip and caused swelling and bruising. The busboy was apologetic and the host offered water and ice as we escorted this bleeding little boy to the restroom. Not one manager came to our table to ask if my grandson was okay.
