Too long wait time . Spending whole day for one visit
I have been a patient of Dr Bazargan for over 10years. She is a very knowledgeable Doctor who has an amazing “bedside” manner. There are so many amazing things I could say about the care I have received from her over the years but the best way to sum it up is to say I turned down the chance to move from Fl to California on the sole basis of not having Dr Bazargan as my physician in California! Doc. Was amazing. This woman is by far the most intelligent lady that i have ever met. Her caring for her patients goes beyond above and beyond. Our experience with Dr Bazargan was worth the wait. Her staff takes the time to go over you complete history before you see the Doctor which takes time. When Dr. Bazargan comes in to meet you she goes over your history with you. Very impressed with her explanation of what could cause these problems. Very compassionate and very easy to talk to. Explains what's good for you and how to improve your condition. Also has a great sense of humor. Remember patience is everything in life. Loved her right away.
Dr. Bazargan has a very busy practice, because shes one of the best in her field. She is not only knowledgeable, but compassionate. She doesn't want her patients to feel like a "number." What people need to understand is that Neurology is a complex form of medicine, so bringing you in and slapping a band-aid on your problem is not beneficial. I have never seen such a disorganized office....the wait times are anywhere from 4-12 hours. That's right, I said 12 HOURS. I have come in for appointments and ALL the other patients in the waiting room are already irritated. They sometimes leave because they have to get kids from daycare before closing and ask if they can see the MD before they leave, because they have already waited 3-4 hours. NOPE. She's amazing! The care and compassion she has for her patients is phenomenal. I've never had another Dr treat me as well as she has. She takes a personal interest and treats us as friends not as a means to make money.
