Sometimes you do not know who will show up to do the actual replacement after the initial contact. We found Bazan to be quite professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were kept up to date with information we could understand through the entire process. Being a Senior Citizen … you do not see this type customer service throughout this industry…it was totally unexpected but GREATLY appreciated!!
