Thought I would be able to rent here but was denied because I have no rental history which is stupid. And then on top of that I’ve called 20 times they’re literally sitting in the office letting the phone ring.
Highly recommended!! Of course it’s not perfect, no property is! Keep up the good work!
I been living at Baywoods apartments for about 4 years now overall I love this place Willam the leasing agent is one of the best I highly recommend renting here. Sincerely a happy resident
THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE MY 3 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC DAUGTER CAUGHT PNUEMONIA LIVING IN UNIT 262 THEY ALSO HAVE ROACHES MS PAMELA WASHINGTOON KNOWINGLY MOVED INTO THIS UNIT WITH ROACHES I RECENTLY MOVED AND NOW SHE IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT I HAVE REACHED OUT TO MY LAWYER DUE TO SHE ALWAYS STATED I OWED EVEN THOUGH I PAID MY RENT EVERY MONTH ALSO HER PRICES ALSO FLUXUATED ALL THE TIME , I WAS OVER CHARGED A FEW MONTHS FOR RENT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM DEFINITELY BUILDING UP OTHER TENANTS FOR THIS PETITON
