Well I've been here for 4 years going on 5 now and what I seem to notice is very inconvenient timings for access to stuff like the community gym and lounge. The hot tub for a very long time wasn't even hot, the grill seems to be locked at random times so twice in a row I've wanted to grill (Thursday and Friday) October 31st, and November 1st and the grill was locked for a pool Inspection supposedly which kind of sucks because you also cannot grill on your patio. I love living here it's clean, quiet, and safe. My wife and i have been living here for two years now and are very happy. The only thing we are unhappy about is there is no visitor parking so it is a hassle when we have company over. Also residents only have access to use the gym 8-5 monday thru friday which is inconvenient to people who work regular hours, and should not be considered an amenity. Other than that great place to live the staff takes care of the community grounds and take care of the residents. Theres nt trash... read more
False promises on repairs, manger is disorganized and horrible with communication. Homeless people in the complex always when it’s “gated”.
